Cabbage Dhokla

Dhokla is a famous north Indian recipe.Cabbage Dhokla is tasty and delicious recipe.


Ingredients:

Finely chopped cabbage

1 teaspoon urad dal

4 dry red chilies

1 teaspoon mustard seeds

250 gms ready made dhokla(available in market or instant ready made mix)

1/4 teaspoon hing

2 tablespoons oil

7 curry leaves

1/2 teaspoon carom seeds

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

3 to 4 teaspoons lemon juice

Salt as per taste


Preparation:

Heat oil in the non-stick pan and cut the dry red chilies into pieces ,remove seeds.

Add mustard seeds,urad dal,carom seeds,curry leaves and dry red chilly pieces to the pan and saute.

Add shredded cabbage and mix and also add turmeric powder,salt,mix well .

Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

Add crushed dhokla into the pan and mix well.

Now,add lemon juice and mix well.

Finally,our cabbage dhokla is ready to serve.
