Sprout Cutlet

Sprout Cutlet is a evening time snack item.kids also like this snack very well.
sprouts are also good for health.


Ingredients:

1/2 cup sprouted white peas

1/2 cup of sprouted green bengal gram

1/2 cup of sprouted brown bengal gram

1/2 cup of bread crumbs

2 to 3 teaspoons chopped coriander

1 teaspoon chopped green chilies

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of red chilly powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

Oil for shallow fry

Salt for taste


Preparation:


Boil sprouted green bengal gram,brown bengal gram,white peas (if you have only two types of sprouts you can use 3/4 cup of each one).

Add chopped coriander,white peas,brown bengal gram,green bengal gram and salt in a bowl.Mash it well.

Add red chilly powder,cumin powder,green chilies chopped,chaat masala and mix well.

Heat 5 to 6 teaspoons of oil in the non_ stick pan.

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them in the form of cutlets,roll them in a bread crumbs and place them in the pan.

Shallow fry till one side is cooked and then flip over to another side till both sides are cooked.


Serve hot with tomato ketchup..
