Egg Bhurji
Egg Bhurji or Egg porutu is one of the popular dish made with egg .it is simple and tasty recipe and it is good with chapati,bread and also rice .
Ingredients:
4 Eggs
2 tablespoons of oil
1 big onion chopped
2 to 3 green chilies chopped
1 teaspoons of chopped coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
Preparation:
Break the eggs into bowl and add salt ,mix well.
Heat oil in the pan add chopped onions,green chilies till onions becomes golden colour.
Add egg,chopped coriander leaves into pan ,cook and stirring continuously till it cook well and dry.
Now,our Egg Bhurji is ready to serve.
