Microwave Choco Cake Without Egg

Most of them loves cakes .some people likes cake without egg ,cake without egg is also very good in tasty .

Choco cake without egg will take less time to prepare .

It takes only 8 min to prepare .

Ingredients:

1 cup of Maida flour 

3/4 cup of sugar powder (blend sugar in mixer to get sugar powder)

1/2 cup of curd

1/2 cup of butter

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon soda bi- carbonate 

4 to 5 teaspoons of milk

3 tablespoons coco powder

Preparation:

Grease microwave safe large round (or whichever shape you want )bowl with butter.

Then sieve flour ,coco powder,baking powder and soda bi- carbonate in a bowl.

Beat curd,2 to 3 teaspoons of butter and sugar powder till fluffy .

Then mix the sieve flour mixture with this beaten curd and sugar mixture.

Add milk and mix well

Pour cake batter in greased microwave safe bowl.

At 60% of power ,microwave for 7 to 8 min

And at 100% of power microwave for 1 min.

Now ,cool for 15 min .

Finally, garnish with your favorite icing .
