Neer Dosa
Neer Dosa is a traditional Mangalorean recipe . It is simple and healthy breakfast recipe.it is easy to make and the main ingredient is rice.
Ingredients:
2 cups of rice (soaked)
Oil for shallow fry
Salt for taste
Preparation:
Grind soaked rice into fine paste by adding little amount of water.
Add 3 1/2 cups of water to get a flowing consistency and also add salt as per taste.
Heat dosa tawa and grease the pan with oil.
Pour a big spoon of batter, make sure that it spreads thin layer(don't use spoon to spread it).
Cook it for 15 to 20 sec by covering with lid.
Remove it carefully and serve hot with coconut chutney.
