Green Chutney

Green Chutney is generally used in making sandwiches,bhel puri,chaats .

Here is the procedure for making green chutney...


Ingredients:

1/2 cup roughly chopped Mint leaves.

1 cup coriander leaves

4 green chilies

1 teaspoon Lemon juice

Black salt as required(if you don't have use normal salt)


Preparation:

Grind coriander leaves,mint leaves,green chilies and black salt to a smooth paste by using little amount of water.

Transfer the chutney into bowl and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
