Royyala pulusu(prawns curry)

Royyala pulusu is one of the most famous sea food.it is tasty simple to cook.

Ingredients::



  • prawns(royyalu)             - 1/2 kg
  • onion(medium)              - 1
  • tomato(small)               - 1
  • curry leaves                  -  4 leaves
  • coriander                      -  finely choped
  • green chilly                   -  3 nos
  • mustard seeds(avalu)     -  1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder             - 1/2 spoon
  • red chily powder             - 2 to 3 spoons
  • tammarind juice             - as per consistency
  • salt(as per taste)
  • oil                                 - 4 spoons


preparation:::



  • Take  the prawns clean properly then add salt, turmeric powder,1 spoon of red chilly powder and pour some water and cook for ten minutes.
  • Now heat oil in the pan add mustard seeds,chopped onion,green chilly ,tomato,curry leaves and some salt ,turmeric powder,2 spoons of red chilly powder then cook it for five minutes.
  • And add cooked prawns mix well then pour tammarind juice then cook it for ten minutes.
  • Finally add chopped coriander.
Now our hot and spicy yummy yummy....Royyala pulusu is ready .
