Butter Chicken Andhra Style

Ingredients::
250 gms of boneless chicken
2 to 4 tea spoons of butter
1 to 2 onion(chopped)
3 tomatoes(chopped)
2 teaspoon of curd or yogurt
2 small bay leaves
2 small pieces of cinnamon
5 to 8 pieces of cashews
2 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste
2 teaspoons of fresh cream
2 teaspoons of red chili powder
1 teaspoon garam_masala
1 spoon of chopped corriander
1/4 spoon of dried kasuri methi
Salt as required
Oil
Preparation::
First we have wash the chicken properly.
Then take a bowl add chicken pieces,1 spoon of red chilly powder,1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste,2 teaspoon of curd,salt as required.
Mix well and marinate it for 15 minutes.
After marination ,heat 1 tsp of butter and 2 to 3 spoons of oil in the pan.
Add the chicken pieces into the pan and fry it until it turns to golden colour.
Take the fried pieces in the bowl
Now add little bit of oil and 1 teaspoon of butter in the same pan and chopped onion pan then saute it for 1 minute .
And also add tomatoes,cashews,1teaspoon of red chilly powder,1/2 teaspoon of garam masala , salt,1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste then mix well and add little bit of water and saute it for 3 to 5 minutes.
Now blend the mixture in a mixer or hand blender.
In the same heat 1/2 tsp of butter and add bay leaf ,cinnamon in the pan .
Now strain the puree in the pan cook it for 3 min.
Then add fried chicken pieces in the pan .
cook it for 5 to 8 min .
Finally add 1 tsp of fresh cream ,kasuri methi and garnish with chopped coriander.
Now our delicious Butter chicken is ready to serve.
