CHINTHAPANDU PULIHORA
Pulihora is the traditional rice recipe of Andhra it is made up of Tamarind pulp as main ingredient.

- Tamarind pulp - 7 to 8 full spoons
- Cooked rice - 2 cups
- Oil - 4 to 5 spoons
- Mustard seeds(avalu) - 1/2 spoon
- Red chilly - 5
- Peanuts - 2 spoons
- Chanadal - 1 spoons
- Turmeric - 1/2 spoon
- Hing - small amount
- Curry leaves - 5 leaves
- Salt - as per taste.
Procedure:::
- First we have to soak the tamarind for 10 minutes and extract the pulp from it.
- Then heat the oil and add mustard seeds,chanadal,peanuts,turmeric,curry leaves.
- Fry it for 3 minutes
- Then add tamarind pulp,salt,hing,red chilies and cook until it becomes thick.
- Now take two bowls of cooked rice in a wide plate .
- And add the tamarind paste to the rice then mix well.
- Now our tasty traditional tamarind rice is ready serve...
