Egg masala curry
Egg Masala curry is simple to prepare and delicious in taste.

- Eggs 4
- Oil 3 to 4 spoons
- Onion(medium) 1
- Tomato(medium) 1
- Mustard seeds 1/4 spoon
- Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
- Red chilly powder 1 to 2 spoons
- Ginger_ garlic paste 2 spoons
- Coriander powder 1/2 spoon
- Garam masala 1/2 spoon
- Green chilies 3
- Curry leaves 4 leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Salt(as per taste)
Preparation:::
- First we have to boil the eggs for 7 to 9 minutes.
- Remove the shell of eggs and keep it side.
- Heat the oil in the pan add mustard seeds allow them to crackle and add chopped onion fry it until it turns to golden colour.
- Then add chopped tomato,green chilies,curry leaves.
- After cooking for 3 minutes add ginger_ garlic paste,turmeric,red chilly powder,coriander powder and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add eggs cook it for 2 minutes then pour 1/2 cup of water.
- Then add garam masala and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes
- Finally add chopped coriander leaves.
