Andhra Chicken Fry

Chicken fry is one of the most famous spicy recipe in Andhra . 


Ingredients::



  • Chicken                  - 500 grams
  • Oil                         - 4 spoons
  • Red chilly powder     - 1  tsp
  • coriander powder      - 1  tsp          
  • Turmeric powder       -  1/2 spoon
  • Curry leaves             -  5 leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Pepper powder          - 1/2 spoon
  • Ginger_garlic paste    - 2 spoons
  • Garam masala           - 1/2 spoon
  • Green chilies             -  4
  • Onion(medium)          - 1
  • Salt(as per taste)

Preparation of chicken fry:::


  • First we have wash chicken properly and pour some water,salt to it and boil it for 10 minutes.
  • Then drain the water from it and keep it side.
  • Heat the oil in pan add chopped onions,green chilies,curry leaves and fry it for 2 minutes.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt,garam masala powder.
  • Now add chicken pieces mix well and fry it for ten minutes.
  • Finally add some pepper powder, coriander leaves.
Now our hot and spicy chicken fry is ready.it is good to serve with rice or chapati....
