Andhra Chicken Fry
Chicken fry is one of the most famous spicy recipe in Andhra .

- Chicken - 500 grams
- Oil - 4 spoons
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon
- Curry leaves - 5 leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Pepper powder - 1/2 spoon
- Ginger_garlic paste - 2 spoons
- Garam masala - 1/2 spoon
- Green chilies - 4
- Onion(medium) - 1
- Salt(as per taste)
Preparation of chicken fry:::
- First we have wash chicken properly and pour some water,salt to it and boil it for 10 minutes.
- Then drain the water from it and keep it side.
- Heat the oil in pan add chopped onions,green chilies,curry leaves and fry it for 2 minutes.
- Then add ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt,garam masala powder.
- Now add chicken pieces mix well and fry it for ten minutes.
- Finally add some pepper powder, coriander leaves.
