Mirchi Bajji

Mirchi Bajji or Mirapakaya bajji is the most popular south Indian snack item especially in Andhra and it also popular street snack it is good with mint chutney or tomato ketchup .
Especially it is good snack item in cold weather.it is to prepare the below is the procedure for Mirchi Bajji..


Ingredients::

10 to 15 Long green chilies.

1 cup besan flour(senagapindi).

2 teaspoons red chili powder. 

1 teaspoon carom seeds(vamu).

1 tablespoon chopped coriander.

2  chopped onions.

1 Lemon.

3/4 teaspoon baking powder.

Oil for deep frying.

Salt to taste.



Preparation:::


Prepare a thick batter with besan flour to prepare this batter first we have to take a bowl add flour red chili powder,salt as per taste,carom seeds and water
mix all these to get a thick batter.

Heat required amount of oil in the kadai on medium heat.

Then dip the green chilies one by one in the batter and deep fry until it comes to golden colour.

Drain on absorbent paper.

Now ,for stuffing mix chopped onions,chopped coriander,3 to 4 four teaspoons
of lemon juice.

Then slit the green chilies and the mixture into the green chilies .now our yummy Mirchi Bajji  is ready and it is good with mint chutney or tomato ketchup....
