Ingredients::
4 potatoes.
1/2 cup of fresh coconut paste (while grinding add 2 to 3 cloves).
2 teaspoons of ginger-garlic paste.
2 to 3 pieces of cinnamon stick pieces.
1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds.
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1 to 2 teaspoons of red chilly powder.
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder.
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder.
3 green chilies (chopped vertically).
2 chopped tomatoes .
1 big onion.
4 to 5 teaspoons of oil.
1 tsp chopped coriander.
5 curry leaves.
Salt as required.
Preparation::
First, peel off the potatoes and boil.
Heat oil in the pan ,add mustard seeds, cinnamon pieces fry for 1/2 min .
Then add chopped onions, green chilies , tomatoes,curry leaves saute for 1 to min.
Add coconut paste ,ginger - garlic paste,coriander powder,garam masala powder and fry for 2 to 3 min.
Add boiled potatoes mix it.
Then add some water ,close the lid and cook for 3 to 5 min.
Finally add chopped coriander.
Aloo kurma is ready to serve .
