Tomato Fried Rice

Tomato fried rice is a tasty recipe.it is prepared with cooked rice or left over rice.kids also like this recipe and it is easy to prepare..


Ingredients:

2 cups of cooked rice or left over rice.

3 to 4 finely chopped tomatoes.

1 chopped onion.

2 small cinnamon sticks.

3 cloves.

2 tsp chopped  capsicum.

3 tsp chopped carrot.

1 tsp chopped green chilies.

2 tsp ginger-garlic paste.

1 to 2 tsp red chilly powder.

1 coriander powder.

1/2 cumin powder.

A pinch of turmeric powder.

1 tsp garam masala powder.

Salt as per taste.

4 to 6 tsp of oil.

5 curry leaves.

A handful of chopped coriander leaves.


How to prepare tomato fried rice::

Heat oil in a pan add cinnamon,cloves,chopped onions and saute for 1 minute.

Then add chopped tomatoes ,capsicum,green chilies,curry leaves,carrot ,salt and cook for 2 minutes. 
Then add ginger-garlic paste,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder. 

Mix well fry for 3 to 4 min .

Then add cooked rice to this mixture and saute for 2 to 3 min.

Finally add chopped coriander leaves.

Now our spicy and tasty Tomato Fried Rice is ready to serve.
