Spanish Omelette

Spanish Omelette is a traditional Spanish dish.it is made with potatoes,eggs,
onions,capsicum .


Ingredients:


4 to 5 egg whites

1 whole egg 

1 medium size finely chopped onion

1 small chopped tomato

1/2 chopped green capsicum

2 teaspoons oil

3 medium size boiled potatoes cut into pieces

1 chopped green chilly

1/2 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns

Salt as per taste


Preparation:

Heat oil in the flat non-stick pan.

Add onion and capsicum pieces and saute and add boiled potato,green chilly,tomato pieces and saute until vegetables becomes soft and cooked.

Take a bowl add egg whites and whole eggs together and beat till it becomes fluffy.

Add salt and crushed peppercorns and beat again.

Pour the eggs over the vegetables .cover and cook for 7 to 12 mins .

Now,our yummy and tasty Spanish omelette is ready to serve.
