Dondakaya Fry

Dondakaya fry is simple and tasty recipe and it is good for rice.













Ingredients:

500 gms dondakayalu finely cut into pieces

1 medium onion finely cut into pieces

1 teaspoon mustard seeds

4 to 6 teaspoons of oil

2 to 3 teaspoons of pappulu podi( grind 1/2 cup senagapappu,3 dry mirchi,3 garlic pieces)

1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder

Salt as required


Preparation:

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds ,onion pieces cook for 1 min.

Add chopped dondakaya pieces ,turmeric powder, salt and close the lid cook for 8 to 12 min in a medium flame.

Then add pappulu podi mix and cook for 2 min.

Now,our dondakaya fry is ready to serve.
