Bhindi Fry (Lady Finger or Okra)

 Lady finger fry is simple and tasty recipe it is good with both rice and roti.
   

Ingredients:: 



Bhindi(okra)                          : 250 gms

Onion(big)                            : 1


Mustard seeds                       : 1/2 tsp


Turmeric                               : 1/4 tsp


Red chilly powder                   : 1 tsp


Coriander                              : for garnish 


Salt                                      : as per taste


Oil                                        : 5 to 6 tsp



Preparation:::


  • First cut the bhindi horizontally into small pieces.
  • and also cut the onion into small pieces
  • heat the oil in non stick pan add mustard seeds. after a second add onions and stir until it turns into golden colour.
  • then add bhindi,red chilly powder and salt into the pan and stir them to mix all the ingredients .
  • close the pan with the lid for 10 to 15 minutes. (in a medium flame)
  • then open the lid add chopped coriander and mix it well.
  • now, our bhindi fry is ready.
