Chicken Pakoda is a crunchy snack item and it is also a side dish for rice,chapati..
Ingredients::
- boneless chicken : 500 gms
- red chilly powder : 1 1/2 tspn
- ginger garlic paste : 2 spoons
- food colour (red) : a pinch
- garam masala : 1 tbsp
- dhaniya powder : 1/2 tsp
- pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice : 2 tsp
- salt : as per taste
- corn flour : 4 tsp
- besan flour : 2 tsp
- rice flour : 2 tsp
- oil : deep fry
- curry leaves : 5 leaves
PREPARATION OF CHICKEN PAKODA::
- First ,take a bowl cleanly washed medium size boneless chicken pieces
- the add red chilly powder,ginger garlic paste,dhaniya powder (corriander powder),garam masala,pepper powder,lemon juice,salt as per taste,a pinch of red food colour.
- mix all the ingredients and marinate it for 1 hour.
- now, add besan flour, rice flour, corn flour and mix it well.
- then put the pan in the stove and pour oil for deep fry.
- fry the chicken pieces until it turns to golden red colour
- then remove the pieces from pan .
- put those pieces in tissue to absorb excess oil
- now put the curry leaves for 1 sec in the oil and remove them from oil
- add this curry leaves to garnish the chicken pakoda
- now our spicy and yummy chicken pakoda is ready to eat.
