CHICKEN PAKODA

Chicken Pakoda is a crunchy snack item and it is also a side dish for rice,chapati..
Ingredients::



  • boneless chicken           : 500 gms
  • red chilly powder                : 1 1/2 tspn
  • ginger garlic paste         : 2 spoons
  • food colour (red)            : a pinch
  • garam masala                : 1 tbsp
  • dhaniya powder              : 1/2 tsp
  • pepper powder                : 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice                    : 2 tsp
  • salt                               : as per taste
  • corn flour                        : 4 tsp
  • besan flour                      : 2 tsp
  • rice flour                         : 2 tsp
  • oil                                  : deep fry
  • curry leaves                     : 5 leaves



PREPARATION OF CHICKEN PAKODA::



  • First ,take a bowl  cleanly washed medium size boneless chicken pieces
  • the add red chilly powder,ginger garlic paste,dhaniya powder (corriander powder),garam masala,pepper powder,lemon juice,salt as per taste,a pinch of red food colour.
  • mix all the ingredients and marinate it for 1 hour.
  • now, add besan flour, rice flour, corn flour and mix it well.
  • then put the pan in the stove and pour oil for deep fry.
  • fry the chicken pieces until it turns to golden red colour
  • then remove the pieces from pan .
  • put those pieces in tissue to absorb excess oil
  • now put the curry leaves for 1 sec in the oil and remove them from oil
  • add this curry leaves to garnish the chicken pakoda
  • now our spicy and yummy chicken pakoda is ready to eat.
